Job Description

Service Delivery Lead

Manage the delivery and C Suite level relationships across 17 Universities and 8 health organisations to ensure that Accenture are performing against the contract, driving value for the clients and identifying future revenue opportunities for growth.

Key Role Objectives:

  • Creating $50m+ of value through cross university sector collaboration through the UPH 
  • To execute this, developing the strategies to identify the potential savings, then lead the teams to execute these strategies
  • Influence key stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO), identify risks and issues preventing value creation

Day to day team management including:

  • Ensuring the teams work is aligned to the client deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, scope and other required metrics
  • Accountable to ensure the teams create their deliverables on budget, on schedule, and with appropriate quality
  • Participate in appropriate internal and external status meetings
  • Escalation point within the team on performance or other issues
  • Manage and develop team competency coverage through cross-training, leadership development and succession planning
  • Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies
  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counsellor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts etc.)
  • Develop and deliver quality and timely performance feedback, collecting input from all appropriate sources
  • Support the graduates on their Intelligent Supply journey

  • Maintain, grow and foster the client C Suite relationships, to be seen as the trusted advisor
  • Identify additional value opportunities and pursue these
  • Innovate and create new solutions for the client to solve business problems
  • Support the sales end to end process
  • Escalation point for all key issues to ensure resolution

  • Own the P&L of 2 hub account being accountable for the financial performance to Accenture
  • Continually identify how processes can be improved to delivery a better client experience
  • Enable profitable growth and contribute to Accenture’s growth strategy
  • Establish and expand relationships with key individuals
  • Establish self as an expert or key contributor
