We are looking for an Agile Consulting Strategist who has a passion and interest in helping organisations optimise their business performance by streamlining business processes, organisational structures and functions, co-designing of transformational and strategic plans towards a more customer-centric, agile enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Agile Consulting Strategist:

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge and experience in driving a range of Agile methodologies, practices and process across business and IT

  • Perform a transformation advisory role to enable our clients to find optimal solutions for their specific context

  • Be responsible for guiding the full lifecycle of an Agile transformation from discovery to execution at scale, setting our clients up for success in sustaining the Agile transformation journey

  • Work independently as well as in a team, with a knack for complex stakeholder engagements and co-designing solutions with advanced workshop facilitation skills

  • Ability to work effortlessly with our clients at the strategic and executive levels, with advanced engagement and codesign skills to bring key executives and decision makers along the journey

  • Apply advanced conflict resolution skills to coordinate each step of the agile implementation/ transition including key decision points with stakeholders and sponsors

  • Understand and communicate the importance of organisational culture and leadership in the transformation process and leverage the skills and expertise of the client’s ecosystem including key agile roles such as agile coaches, project managers, change managers, product owners/ managers and solution architects.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in SAFe Agile transformations (3 -5 years) and across at a range of agile transformations/ implementations

  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other equivalent Agile certification(s)

  • At least 5 years of consulting experience having successfully led large teams within large-scaled, multi-release projects focusses on delivering customer outcomes

  • Experience and delivery experience leveraging multiple delivery locations (onshore + nearshore/offshore)

  • Understanding of DevOps pipelines, key Agile concepts and knowledgeable in agile business architecture

  • Possess strong communication skills, the ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex ideas and strategies

  • Exposure to working in Agile projects with involvement in MVP definition, sprint and program increment planning, backlog grooming, agile risk and issues tracking and resolving blockers on technical impediments

  • Experience in carving out enterprise wide strategic vision and roadmaps

  • Familiar with designing agile business operating models and enterprise-level processes

  • Ability to articulate and manage discovery and solution discussions with a range of key stakeholders including those in executive positions

  • Hold a University degree, preferably in Business/Economics/ and/or Computer Science or in a related field

  • Demonstrate a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and new idea generation

  • An all-rounder who can fit above and below the line to be both a strategic thinker and tactical/delivery agile SME comfortable in front of clients that are mature in agile ways of working

  • Experience in pursuing and shaping agile transformation opportunities

  • Understanding of how the industry is evolving in this field and can bring that knowledge to support agility consulting.
