This role will be located at our “PrimeQ part of Accenture” offices and will sit within our Accenture Technology practice.


The Salesforce Technical Consultant is responsible for conducting needs assessments, configuring Salesforce and the complex development of applications, undertake the integration of on and off platform systems, building and maintaining relationships, mentoring and ongoing client support and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of systems and use diagramming tools such as Lucid Charts, Visio and Enterprise Architect to represent business and technical processes

  • Demonstrate knowledge of technologies such as Web Services, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, HTTP and Apex

  • Undertake detailed design of integration involving in web services API and technologies such as Informatica Cloud or MuleSoft.

  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to determine required resources and create realistic timelines

  • Solution designs, data models, data migration 

  • Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure that clients are contacted in regard to project progress and overall satisfaction

  • Perform and organise ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new  integrations

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong team collaboration and demonstrated ability to share knowledge with broader team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Developer certification or the ability and willingness to obtain it within 6 months 

  • Interest in a client facing, consultative role

  • Development experience in Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby 

  • Multiple projects across the full software development cycle

  • Software design experience Agile development project experience
