Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Reviewing software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness; planning test schedules and strategies in accordance to project scope and delivery timeline; leading product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems; testing system and data modifications to prepare for implementation according to applicable methodology and timelines; reviewing test scenarios, test conditions, and test cases; monitoring and tracking testing metrics and status reporting; and using HP ALM as a testing tool functional background in each of the following HCM modules: Eligibility, Contract and Data, Benefits Administration, Claims Processing, Risks and Issues Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement Processes.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
