As a Customer & Channels Senior Manager, you will be leading digital engagements and multidisciplinary teams at the client site. Based on your knowledge and experience, you will be advising our clients on sales, service and marketing topics in which digitization throughout the customer lifecycle plays an important role. This includes topics like: customer experience, sales & marketing services, customer acquisition & campaigning, data management, e-commerce and customer service & loyalty. You will be teaming up with our digital ecosystem partners including our service design expertise from Fjord and or facilitation capabilities from 2nd Road to bring the most optimum solutions that address their most complex issues and deliver tangible results. Internally you will be directly involved in positioning and growing our Customer & Channel practice. Based on your entrepreneurial mindset you will pro-actively expand client relationship at a senior level. You will support sales campaigns and shape proposals based on your expertise, bringing the relevant ‘new’ to our clients and strengthen our position in the ANZ market.
