Due to an exciting growth and capability build phase we currently looking to expand our management consulting team with SMEs aligned to Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement. Working with ANZ’s leading clients within the CMT sectors we help transform or drive their Supply Chain & Logistics Operations and/or Procurement Transformations. The role will be compensated between $160,000 - $190,000 including super

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Lead/involved in CMT Management Consulting- Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement projects/engagements
  • Lead and manage high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes aligned to Time, Quality and Cost metrics
  • Develop articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, design and implement sourcing & procurement concepts to drive business adoption
  • Engage with Supply Chain & Operations leadership on business problems and collaborate to define effective solutions and create Accenture Point of Views

Professional experience & qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in consulting and/or related industry experience, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:
  • Supply chain & logistics consulting
  • 3PL/4PL/supply chain control tower concepts
  • Inbound/outbound transportation – cross multiple modes
  • Warehousing & inventory management
  • Supply chain planning  & modelling
  • Spare parts and service management
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Sourcing & Procurement Consulting
  • Procurement transformation and operating models
  • Category planning and sourcing of direct and indirect materials
  • Supplier Relationship Management & Risk Strategy
  • Requisition to Pay Purchasing
  • Cloud Procurement in the Cloud
  • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of client assignment
  • Possess commercial acumen with ability to tailor solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify valuable client development opportunities
  • Project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum tertiary qualifications
