Job Summary:
The Talent Fulfilment Specialist (TFS) is part of the Talent Supply Chain organization under GU HR Business Service Delivery.
The TFS is responsible for managing scheduling of resources for their respective resource pool, undertaking the critical set of processes which helps to identify and propose right talent from a resource pool to ensure fulfillment of all open roles and for managing/monitoring people productivity targets.
The TFS works with the GU Supply/Demand Lead to focus on supply/demand management activities in order to deliver resources to fulfill demand at right time and price to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply & Demand
    • Responsible for filling demand and staffing resources assigned to their Deployed to Entity; undertaking processes to identify and propose the right talent to ensure fulfillment of all open roles and for managing/monitoring people productivity targets.
    • Recommend actions with business leaders to size the RP to balance supply with demands and meet chargeability and overdue demand targets.
    • Works with RPSD Leads to understand the business environment to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions which provide guidance and counsel to resolve supply/demand issues, and provide input into resource planning activities.
    • Searches for candidates within the resource pool (available; coming available; people that could be swapped out of current roles).
    • Escalates to GP Lead when Resource Pool cannot identify candidates.
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate supply and demand information in myScheduling.
    • Propose alternate ‘sourcing’ channels if supply does not exist to fulfill demand.
    • Monthly chargeability forecasting for PCM &  GP/DTE leadership sign-off (chargeability reconciliation, follow up)
    • Utilizing Supply and Demand Workbench to communicate with Recruitment and keep this data up to date. Update this tool  at least monthly to show the current picture for their DTE.
    • Monitor/responsible for key supply/demand metrics (overdue demand, roll offs, win probabilities, and chargeability forecasts) and collaborate with GP Lead to analyse and interpret the results and action as needed


  • Bachelor degree and have gained more than 2-3 years’ workforce planning, resourcing, or project management experience within a corporate/professional environment for a large portfolio.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
