Position:           Digital -  Interactive Practice & Asset Development
Working closely with our government and health clients with are looking for professionals with experience in managing asset development and business development designing, building and implementing citizen experience platforms, technologies and solutions
Your key responsibilities would typically include:
  • Responsible for defining Government and Health assets, including Market Development and Innovation across our interactive domains of Marketing, Marketing Automation, Experience Platforms (AEM and other WCMs). This includes defining the solution using leading concepts and technologies to provide a differentiated government focused offering in the marketplaces.
  • Driving and supporting new business opportunities, including responding to tenders and other government procurement channels in order to managing a pipeline of new business opportunities for each of our Interactive areas.
  • Providing digital functionality and technology expertise to support design and implementation of key technology platforms such as:
    • e-Commerce platforms such as Hybris, Oracle ATG, Demandware etc.
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe CQ5 or similar WCM platforms such as Sitecore, SDL, Liferay, Alfresco, Oracle WCM, etc.
  • Understanding of Service Design, including Creative Design, Visual Design, Innovation and Customer Research is essential, however we do not expect that you will be a Service Design practitioner
  • Understanding of emerging interactive technologies including Chatbots, Alexia. Google Home, Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) in the context of government and citizen experience including is desirable but not mandatory. 
  • Coordinating within the organisation to interlock with Accenture digital including working with third parties such as creative and digital agencies
  • Interacting with client and Accenture management and senior management levels, providing subject matter expert and solution advisory support along with effort and resourcing estimations for potential / proposed work.
  • Interstate travel may be required
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in citizen and/or customer experience solutions in a Government and/or Health Context Industry expertise is a must.
  • 2-3 years’ experience selling (including pre-sales solution architecture and design support) & delivering Interactive solutions      
  • Experience managing the full delivery lifecycle of large, complex technology solutions
  • Extensive experience implementing standard Experience platforms such as AEM, SiteCore, Drupal and eCommerce Platforms.
  • Deep experience managing clients, their expectations and translating business issues to outcomes (in the context of client interaction)
  • Any knowledge of Design Thinking and use of techniques such as ethnographic research will be highly regarded but not essential to be successful in this role.

  • Developing and driving strategy/direction and skills of members within an Interactive practice
