The Talent & Organisation team works with clients to tackle both transformational and tactical change programs, helping prepare their organisations to adopt change and sustain it to realise business outcomes. We work with clients on anything from IT transformations, operating model changes, mergers and acquisitions and organisational restructures, planning and implementing programs including change management, communications and stakeholder engagement, learning and organisation design and transition. Our analysis, insight and recommendations enable our clients to achieve sustainable transformation and business objectives.
Working with the Products Talent & Organisation Practice Lead the successful candidate will form part of our Talent and Organisation practice, helping our clients deliver their most important business change projects and business outcomes.
This role will work with clients across Australia and New Zealand, and working alongside our clients means periods of travel are required.

Providing uniquely differentiated consulting expertise to our clients by helping them to develop and deliver world class change management business transformation and talent solutions
Leading client discussions to identify and shape new change management solutions, transformation and talent opportunities and sharing examples of Accenture’s points of view, assets, tools and latest thinking with clients
Discussing and shaping complex, fast-paced, innovative change programs and helping clients’ functions assess their change and operating model, change capability, operations and technology
Leading large teams in all aspects of talent solution implementation and supporting teams of analysts and consultants to design and deliver custom-built talent solutions
Building sustainable client relationships and your network across the practice
Leading business development, sales efforts and internal capability development to continue to expand our practice
