By leveraging your management consulting, analytics, technology, operations and outsourcing skills, you’ll help clients design and implement strategies that improve the overall quality of services that are delivered to your friends, family and neighbours.

    • Customer Service Accountability Focal point for client activity, serving as single point of contact for client
    • Manage the delivery of agreed scope of service
    • Manage the work of team members assigned to the team
    • A strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable to write comms intended for large audience
    • Able to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to help influence outcomes

    • Experience in Client/Customer Service Management
    • Proven functional interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and develop teams and stakeholders
    • Relationship management and conflict resolution skills

    • Minimum 3 years as Service Delivery Manager
  • education requirements
    • Tertiary qualifications in a related field and a technical background will also be desired.
    • ITIL Foundation V3 certification

    • 5 years industry experience in a service based IT role
    • You must be an Australian Citizen to be successful in this role.
  • Must be Australian citizenship to qualify for the security clearance
