We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our growing operation in Sydney. Working within the Contract Labour Category in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will be working closely with key Accenture suppliers, identifying and implementing savings initiatives, developing relationships with key Accenture stakeholders and leading rate negotiations. Reporting to the ANZ Lead, you will be responsible for autonomous management of vendors, savings initiatives and process improvement.

  • Providing advisory services to business stakeholders across ANZ
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding across all levels, industries, locations and skillsets;
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies by engaging key stakeholders and  understanding their challenges
  • Work with stakeholders to qualify role requirements and take detailed briefs for sourcing;
  • Work with Accenture Panel members via Vendor Management System;
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and provide detailed feedback on the outcome of their candidate submissions, interviews etc.;
  • Lead negotiation of rates in line with market forces to drive savings;
  • Deliver continuous improvement of procurement processes, work flow planning, sourcing, assessing and reporting.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years' experience as recruitment consultant or resource
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with leaders and peers
  • Experience in the working with recruitment (either in an agency or internal recruitment capacity)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Comfortable in engaging stakeholders, qualifying roles and dealing with third parties;
  • Proven experience in rate negotiation and recruitment process management;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team orientated and constantly evolving environment;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Self starter, demonstrating initiative and confidence
