Process Excellence and Change Enablement professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
Key features of the role:
We are looking for Talent and Organisation (T&O) specialists to join our team at Consultant and Manager level. T&O is comprised of four main areas; Human Capital & Organisation Effectiveness, Learning & Capability Development, Change and HR Transformation. Change Management is focused on helping clients successfully prepare for, deliver and measure change in a global, multi-polar, multi-cultural, cross-generational, virtual environment and changing at an accelerating pace.
Key responsibilities may include:
Providing management consulting expertise to improve the bottom line performance of the client organisation by maximising the benefits and reducing the risks of business change programmes
Diagnose, plan, design, create, deploy, measure and manage change interventions and activities that support or accelerate client change journeys
Developing and delivering change solutions for a variety of client specific scenarios that may include: business transformation, ERP implementation, merger & acquisition organisational restructuring, etc.
Building strong and sustained client relationships
Serving as a change agent, coach or facilitator within the client organisation
Managing, coaching and developing a team of change management practitioners
Leveraging your expertise and experience to contribute to our Change Management offerings
Driving growth in our business by contributing to business development activity including proposal responses and client interaction
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have worked in Health and Public Services
Proven hands-on experience of designing and delivering change in large or rapidly growing organisations.
They will demonstrate leadership, high personal standards, a high degree of creativity, ability to develop intellectual capital and professional ethics.
You must be a team player and have strong lateral management and persuasive skills.
You must have the spirit, ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
What Skills are required?
Proven track record in designing and implementing change management interventions with demonstrable client benefits including, for example:
Change planning, journey management
Communications & Stakeholder Management
Training and Performance Support
Change capability development
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative and strategic solutions with a customer/client focus
Commercial acumen with ability to tailor change management solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify client development opportunities
Excellent project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships
Self-starter with demonstrable drive to turn ideas into practical actions and deliver high performance for our clients
Confident and effective communicator
Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity
Excellent team player
What Skills are desired?
Prior external consulting experience, preferably with management exposure
