Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiting Lead who is well versed in Singapore Talent Market. If you have the desire and is motivated about recruiting and selecting the best people, then you may be the one that we are looking for! 

Your role: 

  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver end to end recruitment deliverables.

  • Develop, deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity.

  • Prepare quarterly review and own program management of execution plans to meet deliverables and KPIs (e.g. Gender Diversity, SLAs).

  • Provide monthly management reporting and recruiting data insights & analytics via TSC-TA Dashboard & Linkedin Talent Analysis to Business Leadership team and Field HR team.

  • Conduct active conversations with business leadership team and candidates to suss out market information and insights.

  • Execute timely candidate management efforts and maintaining recruiting requisitions by meeting the SLA.

  • Building active connections and establishing new relationships with skills specific talent communities.

  • Explore new sourcing avenues to increase/maximise the effectiveness of sourcing channels to source and supply.

  • Manage the team’s workload balancing and capacity to ensure optimal delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of recruitment management experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

  • Good communication and relationship management skills.

  • Collaborative, able to work across organizational entities and to build and maintain strong networks.

  • Advocate for inclusion and diversity with demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
