Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with team to design fit for purpose, business value led Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based business solutions, develop custom applications using the XRM framework and leverage Power Platform and other means to integrate into Azure services optimally.

  • Leading medium to large teams, work across with Strategy and Consulting teams and the client account teams to cover the breadth of the AAPAC market to review and bring to life the Customer Experience and Transformation story for the client.

  • Being able to articulate the value of AMBG horizontal plays, industry aligned and functional solution areas.

  • Able to understand business/ERP/CRM solutions and how they create business impact and industry process transformation. Will need to have an industry focus in at least one of the following – Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing or Automotive.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience doing presales and Design-to-Deploy solutioning and delivery for medium-large enterprises preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM/ERP business applications

  • Experience across functional aspects of Dynamics 365 online and on-premise version is advantageous.

  • Experienced and proficient in one or more of the following technologies: Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Azure, Flow, SQL, AD, etc.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Individuals will work with account teams to drive opportunity to closure.

  • Good written and communication skills. Being a high energy individual with a good sense of humour is also advantageous, together with aptitude to problem solve and ability to map customer business problems to pragmatic end-to-end technology solutions.
