Job Summary:

The role of the Marketing Senior Analyst/Marketing Associate Manager is to provide support for delivery of Accenture marketing activities focused on candidate marketing and talent brand management in Singapore, in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

To achieve this, the individual will be responsible to explore new ways to position Accenture as a leading employer brand. This includes planning, executing, tracking and analysis of candidate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: 

The position supports our candidate marketing and talent brand campaigns in Singapore, working closely with counterparts across Southeast Asia on geography-wide campaigns.

  • Develop marketing strategy and execute candidate marketing campaigns and programs aligned to the local market strategy. These include advertising, collateral/credentials development, writing, web & blog content management, social media planning and content creation, among others.

  • Leverage relevant regional marketing and communications programs, tailoring as necessary to local market conditions.

  • Drive Accenture’s employer positioning and awareness as an employer of choice, engagement with target candidates and their influencers, and CV submissions to help the recruitment team achieve their business objectives.

  • Ensure successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget.

  • Measure results from programs, and provide information on relevant metrics to program owners as appropriate.

  • Manage and forecast marketing budget for assignments and ensure that supervisor is kept appraised of progress against budgets and time-lines. Escalate appropriately any potential budget and time over-runs.

  • Collaborate with Southeast Asia and global Accenture teams, such as HR and Businesses, to strengthen brand positioning and develop marketing programs.

  • Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent.

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing and/or marketing communications roles.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Accenture’s area of business and overall business strategy

  • Skills in strategic Marketing & Communications, especially in area of specialization or crossing several functional/technical areas

  • Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to issues

  • Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture

  • Experience in integrated marketing concepts, branding, advertising and message development

  • Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, collateral production and credential development

  • Passion for well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture business strategy

  • Thrive on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment
