To qualify for the role you must have
TESTING experience on 2-3+ E2E implementations
Solid understanding of business processes and integration points across functional streams
Experience as a test coordinator/test lead on at least 1 E2E implementation
Understanding of leading test practices for large-scale implementations
Experience establishing and managing complex schedules, plans and trackers
Hands-on expertise with leading test management tools
As a Testing Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
Establishing tailored and fit-for-purpose test strategies, constructs and approaches and tactically manage teams to execute on those strategies. As a Testing Lead, you will work closely with the functional, technical, data, security and change/training teams to ensure that the test strategy and resulting approaches and activities are understood and adhered to. You will work closely with test team members and client personnel to coordinate and oversee test planning and manage test execution and defect creation across the applicable functional streams. You will report into the project’s integration manager and/or project manager.
Skills and attributes for success
· Project Management Skills: Be able to navigate complex, large TESTING engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with a client personal and teams a daily basis.
· Team Lead Expertise and People Management Skills: Be able to effectively manage a team/resources with diverse skills and backgrounds and coordinate activities and deliverables across multiple work streams. Be organized and understand the importance of proper planning, reporting and governance. Foster an innovative, inclusive and collaborative team-oriented work environment.
· Thought Leadership Skills: Assist in developing applicable (testing) methodologies, constructs, approaches, tools, points of view, and accelerators in the TESTING/ERP advisory market. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
