Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:  Reviewing legal documentation according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards. Cooperating with other team members and leads.



- Reviewing legal documentation according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards

- Providing suggestions to improve the process and work of the team

- Maintains policy/process knowledge by staying updated with changes, reviewing existing materials and getting updates and trainings from QTP team members, providing feedback to changes and materials

- Collaborates with Policy, Quality, Changes and Operations and participate in improvement programs and activities, as required


Success in this position requires strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations, technical knowledge, ability to work at pace; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; attention to details.

- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly

- Self-driven, with attention to detail and follow-through

- Ability to manage own time well and work under pressure

- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills

- Professional conduct; ability to be professional if engaging with a client or other stakeholders

- Fluency in English

- Robust Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams)

-- Legal background, studies or previous experience required

- Readiness to work Public Holidays and/or shift-scheduled system

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese
