Job Description

  • Oversee daily interaction with supplier, focusing on material commitment, PO issuance and PO prioritization.
  • Ensure a prompt and efficient follow through on all tasks, maintaining a steady flow of communication and timely responses.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and suppliers, facilitating discussions to address and resolve any emerging issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor supplier adherence to POs and forecasts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or gaps in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet their commitments and escalate any issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with XFN to engaged in in a variety of tasks including master data and part setup, addressing receiving and quality concerns, managing RMA specific escalations, and responding to unique requests.
  • Provide regular updates reports to IBOS MM team on Material availability.

Qualifications

Basic qualification

  • 3 years of supply chain experience with focus on demand planning and material management
  • Proficient user of Excel, including use of formulas, chart and pivot tables


Preferred

  • Degree in supply chain
  • Hi tech industry relevant experience
