Role title: Quality Assurance Lead
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality and performance of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for designing test plans, executing tests, managing client expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end product solutioning/design, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent people/client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design test plans and scenarios based on project requirements.
2. Plan and execute testing activities according to project timelines.
3. Facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
4. Generate and send detailed test reports to stakeholders.
5. Obtain testing sign-off from clients by effectively communicating test results and addressing any concerns.
6. Collaborate with developers to identify and rectify defects in a timely manner. 7. Conduct product demonstrations during sprint reviews to showcase testing results and gather feedback.
8. Oversee the development of automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
9. Identify regression testing needs and develop automated test scenarios to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
1. Proficiency in front-end product solutioning/design.
2. Exceptional attention to detail.
3. Strong people and client management skills.
Good to Have Skills:
1. Understanding of AWS capabilities for AI/ML and IoT.
2. Technical background with knowledge of software development processes.
