Brand Learning can offer you just that, working with an inspiring team to develop capabilities of people and organizations around the globe.  As a Marketing Capability Manager, you will work as part of our client facing team, supporting the development of capability programmes and ensuring project goals, timings and objectives are met.

As a Marketing Capability Manager at Brand Learning you will typically be involved in the following: 
  • Project managing and building enduring client relationships through delivering excellence in client servicing
  • Developing learning materials, such as case studies, capability session plans, e-modules and workshop materials
  • Taking responsibility for the planning and management of complex projects (including budget and financial management), which requires co-ordination and excellent written and verbal communication, both internally and with our clients

  • Do you have a great track record as a Brand Manager in a business known for building its brands?
  • Do you have strong project management experience in planning, delivering and coordinating complex projects?
  • Have you been responsible for budget management and analysis?
  • Do you enjoy getting involved in the detail, following through on actions, delivering to deadlines and working with others to achieve this?
  • Are you a self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to continue to learn and develop?
  • Would you describe yourself as a solution focused team player, who exudes a ‘can do’ attitude that brings positive energy to people and teams?
