Growth Markets is the fastest growing geographic region of Accenture with a multi-billion-dollar business with a double-digit growth. It is a high-pace, dynamic, growth-oriented region –from the developed Japan, ANZ, Asia, Africa and Latin America. The Market Units integrate all four of our services and bring them to our clients in a way that our competitors simply cannot match.
Growth & Strategy (G&S) is the team pushing big transformative ideas to Accenture. We work with the Senior Leadership of Growth Markets (C-suite) and with the Country Leads, shaping Accenture’s strategy and defining what will Accenture be in the future.

Four groups within Growth & Strategy: Strategy, Market and Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Citizenship and The Dock (leading our Global Innovation agenda) – help define Accenture’s strategic agenda, create & lead transformation programs to boost our growth and focus on future- relevant topics and market spaces.
Typical activities include:
- Drive project delivery, structure deliverables and be responsible for on time and high-quality delivery, balancing the competing demands on the team
- Drive a structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights.
- Develop and present convincing data backed storylines to influence stakeholders.

Your Experience: We’re looking for managers with,
- A university degree in Business or Engineering is required and candidates typically also have an MA, MSc, MBA or PhD degree.
- 5 to 8 years of business consulting in an international firm focused on strategy consulting
- Experience in shaping and leading engagements in areas like growth strategies, go-to-market strategies is strongly preferred
