Job Description

The AIP Sales Executive have a deep understanding of the overall AIP offering, including Analytics, IoT and digital platform components.
AIP Sales Exec is able to interact and establish a relationship with the client team and the client, pitch the AIP platform functional and technical characteristics, clearly identify and describe client’s value prop and differentiation elements, understand competitive context, proof the economic benefit of using Accenture assets, and help shaping the deal.

AIP Sales Exec is the entry point for Client/Client team to AIP related information, from stage 0 collaterals, to solution pricing, to contract sign-off.

AIP Sales Exec is able to follow and orchestrate the sales cycle in cooperation with the sales team, progressing the opportunity across the various selling stages, supporting the client team and addressing client requests. He’s a deep expert of Accenture and AIP sales process, knows how/when to engage Solution Architects, Presales Team, Delivery Lead, Pricing, contracting/legal, etc. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • AIP sales targets fulfillment (expected KPIs: managed NS/NR, Individual Sales, charge-out, CCI%…)

  • Opportunity origination & qualification
  • Pipeline tracking and reporting for the assigned Geo
  • AIP components pricing on the opportunity, and AIP pricing negotiation 
  • Opportunity qualification and coding according to company guidelines
  • Managing AIP pricing and legal escalations as needed
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all AIP and Accenture teams to reach sales objectives
  • Expand the list of external credentials in his space

Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience 

  • Multiple years working experience on Analytics and Big Data solution pre-sales (Preferred), sales (Preferred) and/or delivery

  • Previous working experience (Preferred) / good functional knowledge of IoT, Digital services, and leading digital platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Domain knowledge on specific OG/Industry he’s supposed to interact with
  • > 3yrs in Accenture, with good internal relationship network and good understanding of Accenture organization / channels
  • Previous experience in a sales / business development role, and understanding of typical clients’ sales processes and routines
  • Good knowledge of Accenture sales process and routines,
  • Attitude to Client/Client team relationship development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong independency, self-motivation, and sales push attitude
  • Willing to learn asset-based sales mindset
  • Strong team working attitude
