Job Summary 


Are you keen to drive Total Rewards programs that influence the behaviors and satisfaction of employees? The Country Compensation & Benefits Lead manages the effective service delivery of all aspects of total rewards, compensation planning & implementation, equity and benefits for Accenture Singapore. The Country Compensation & Benefits Lead has overall accountability of delivery, driving internal and external market research enabling relevant compensation and benefits planning and execution. The role will report directly into the ASEAN Compensation and Rewards Lead.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert and main point of contact for all issues related to Total Rewards for Singapore
  • Responsible for Rewards Management function (Compensation, Benefits, Pension, Market Intelligence, Annual planning)
  • Partner with HR and Business Leaders, understand business / people strategy in order to develop priorities and design total rewards solutions
  • Ensure the total rewards programs are fully integrated with statutory requirement and Accenture internal control.
  • Analyze performance metrics. Provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function
  • Analyze and validate annual compensation survey data and make recommendation as necessary to address market gaps
  • Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) programs and processes, test designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensure appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
  • Solid understanding of Total Rewards principles and related Compensation & Benefits experience of at least 5 years
  • Analytical mind, keen eye for detail, innovative problem solving and decision making
  • Strong collaboration and partnering capabilities combined with a demonstrated ability to influence
