Position Summary:


The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the employer brand and candidate experience for the ASEAN region which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. The job reports to the APAC Recruitment Marketing Lead, and will function as the supporting lead for ASEAN Recruitment Marketing.


This role will assist in the development and lead Accenture’s recruitment marketing strategy for ASEAN cross all audience segments (graduates, experienced hires, managing director, diverse candidates, alumni), integrating with local Marketing & Communications and Talent Acquisition teams to plan, develop and implement integrated recruitment marketing programs, including employer image development, candidate engagement and CV generation marketing campaigns, bringing in new and innovative leads both off and online.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ongoing implementation of the recruitment marketing strategies across ASEAN recruitment marketing efforts and serve as a strategic driver to the ASEAN RM team
  • Ensures that proper metrics and tools are in place to monitor and measure effectiveness of programs implemented
  • Ensures integration of all marketing channels including digital, social and alumni network as part of our marketing mix. Works with the broader regional recruitment marketing team to understand metrics for their recruitment marketing efforts, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Ensure all locations within the ASEAN region are covered by local image strategy, with the appropriate prioritization
  • Development and ongoing management of recruitment marketing programs involving research, positioning, message development, production of online and offline collaterals, advertising, case studies, employee profile and website content
  • Oversee the management of the local careers website content/design/functionality in relation to the workforce model and recruitment internal channel strategy
  • Manages a budget and our employer brand agency to ensure high performance and effective media and content development and support
  • Manage stakeholders expectations


  • University degree
  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years recruitment marketing / employer branding experience
  • Experience in digital communications or integrated marketing a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills
  • Good understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills
  • Extensive experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience
  • Deep understanding of the millennial audience segment
  • Knowledge and skills in implementing tools and metrics to effectively monitor and measure marketing programs/campaigns
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance
  • Understanding of social media and other leading technologies
  • Strong project and budget management skills
  • Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues
  • Ability to influence leadership / stakeholders within Accenture's organization through relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
