Change & Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Change & Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst to be part of the Treasury Competency Center Project in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide Application Support, Maintenance and Implementation related activities for banking communication systems and other applications within the treasury of the client.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Change & Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting change and continuous improvements for Treasury applications including a portfolio of holding applications and treasury banking communication tools (CMM system from Wallstreet system and Cashpooler from Datalog).
  • Coordinating weekly release of evolutions - IT Service Management (ITSM) ticket creation, ticket validation, coordination with admin team and closure.
  • Working closely with teams in Singapore and UK to ensure seamless availability of applications.
  • Supporting domain leads in Singapore and UK for impact analysis of external or internal technical evolutions.
  • Supporting service delivery management, analysis and reporting
  • Leading weekly release meetings (Treasury CAB) – Reporting and minutes of the meeting.
  • Handling reliability improvement action plans, follow-up and reporting.
  • Proactive follow-up of the onboarding process of treasury users.
  • Gather information and prepare daily minutes of major incidents and resolution.
  • Document major incidents in SharePoint/other tools from initialization to closure.
  • Proactive follow-up on Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
  • Providing regular status report on assigned tasks and timely escalation of issues to Managers.
  • Create and maintain productive relationships with client stakeholders and team members.


  • 4 to 7 years of experience in change management and infrastructure service request management
  • Prior experience in monitoring SLAs and releases would be a plus
  • Banking sector industry experience would be ideal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
