Job Description

As a Treasury Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing Level 2 treasury back office support to users and handle application monitoring of production systems.
  • Managing incidents and user requests focusing on effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with other ERP system teams and banks in resolving production issues when necessary.
  • Ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and checklists.
  • Providing regular status report on assigned tasks and timely escalation of issues to Team Lead to mitigate repercussions.
  • Creating and maintain productive relationships with client stakeholders and team members.

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in a support environment working on application support/incident management.
  • Basic Programming skills: Java, SQL, XML.
  • Experience in implementation/application support of banking applications will be a plus.
  • Experience in financial applications with understanding of SWIFT and various types of SWIFT Payment messages will be a plus.
  • Strong problem solving and incident management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate directly with users, vendors and clients.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to customize client specific incident handling procedures.
  • Able to work within a team to understand the impact of incidents and achieve maximum results for the client.
  • Be process oriented and possess good multi-tasking skills
  • Be flexible, willing to learn new areas and client specific operating procedures and take on varied set of responsibilities to support the team.
  • Able to learn functional and technical areas to better understand client system.
  • Ability to operate as a team player.
  • Working hours will be 2pm to 11pm for this particular project
