Workplace Management & Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture's workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture's business and technology strategies.


Responsibilities include:

 

Workplace Solutions

  • Manage facility services such as facilities maintenance services, cleaning, mail room services, logistics and storage services, etc.
  • Manage workplace services such as A/V support, catering, switchboard, reception, floor operations support, space utilization management, etc.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure Workplace service standards are being met.
  • Analyze and manage performance of third party vendors/ contractors.
  • Execute the activities required to ensure interiors are of a sufficient quality standard as defined by Accenture policies and standards (for example, décor, painting, furniture and fittings, etc).
  • Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget).         
  • Design and implement programs and processes to deliver performance improvements to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy, including participating in sharing best practices across teams/ locations.
  • Execute strategies that monitor and reduce (1) energy consumption and (2) the waste materials in accordance with Accenture and local policy.
  • Oversee and assist with integration of new joiners.                     
  • Execute strategies for security, fire, health and safety.
  • Act as a point of contact for the landlord and external providers.
  • Design and implement programs to deliver performance improvements to support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy, including participating in sharing best practices across teams/ locations.
  • Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
  • Perform administrative duties as directed by supervisor.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, to ensure efficient implementation and execution of programs.

Corporate Real Estate                                                                                                           

  • Prepare documentation and analysis for business and real estate rationales related to acquisition of real estate in adherence to Accenture policy and procedures.         
  • Work closely with external real estate consultants.         
  • Support and manage workspace design and fit-out projects and monitor project performance.

Workplace Purchasing and Payment  

  • Monitor budget and cost impacts          
  • Execute the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company Workplace assets and non-assets, in line with Accenture and local policy.       
  • Receive, review and process Workplace invoices including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed.        

Others

  • Any other assignments and tasks related to Workplace Operations as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities management/ Real Estate/ Engineering/ Business Management with 2 years of relevant experience OR
  • Diploma in Facilities management/ Real Estate/ Engineering/ Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Willing/able to learn quickly in a challenging but rewarding environment
  • IT savvy and possess webpage designing skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Adobe and AutoCAD is an added advantage
