• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, and integration validation across HCM modules
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide training to end users
• Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and enhancements
• 3–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation
• Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition and employee onboarding
• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
