Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on Host-based systems, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
Lead and support functional initiatives across Banking domains, including:
Loan and credit portfolios
International/foreign operations
Cards and payments
Alternatively, contribute to transformation and operational excellence projects within the Insurance sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring successful delivery of industry solutions.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with Host technologies (technical background required).
Strong functional understanding of at least one of the following areas:
Banking portfolios
International banking operations
Card systems and payment processing
Insurance processes and products
Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
