Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports specific business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of the software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and API management within Oracle environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure seamless system operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
