As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software delivery, ensuring that solutions are robust and adaptable to evolving needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
