Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical Experience : Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation and Workday Advanced Compensation. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Core Compensation is mandatory. Professional Attributes : Minimum 5.5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
