- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to support evolving business needs.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and development best practices.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Ability to evaluate and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive technical decisions and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
