Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage application release cycles and coordinate deployment activities.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system stability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
