Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and operate efficiently within the existing technology environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to meet evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
