The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex software environments effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting environments.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to maintain application health.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
