Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to software design, development processes, and system configurations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.
- Strong programming skills with experience in modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to specific business needs.
- Experience working within agile development environments to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.
- Familiarity with software integration techniques and ensuring compatibility across diverse systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient software components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
