Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with different groups to align technical solutions with business needs, fostering collaboration and driving project success through effective communication and leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align technical objectives with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft BOT Framework.
- Experience in designing and developing conversational agents and chatbots using Microsoft BOT Framework.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and integration with cognitive services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize bot performance across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud services to enhance bot functionalities.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft BOT Framework.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
