Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
To analyze, design, and build on the existing ISS applications as part of business requirements
To understand core business concepts to make necessary decisions.
Performing unit testing for code changes and providing support to QA team for end to end testing.
Provide solutions to problems and work on bug fixes.
Responsible for team decisions and providing suggestions whenever possible.
Engage across multiple teams as part of daily work.
Adhere to agile methodologies and participate in daily Scrum meetings
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Learning and adapting new technologies related to Gen AI.
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
