Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate diverse components into a cohesive system is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the architecture supports both current and future organizational goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and platform integration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance system architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
