Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of features, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native. - Strong understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in integrating Restful/Graphql APIs and third-party services. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for front-end applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React Native. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
