Your Mission
As a Senior Manager in our Finance business, you will originate and shape strategic opportunities across the CFO agenda, from Finance Transformation to Agentic-led Finance Operations, Managed Services and Operating Models.
You will engage with CFOs and senior executives and bring together the best of Accenture across Consulting, Technology and Operations to create differentiated, outcome-led solutions. You will lead complex pursuits from early-stage origination and solution shaping through commercial structuring, negotiation and closure.

Your Daily Work
- Originate and drive strategic sales growth. Identify and develop opportunities across the CFO agenda, build a sustainable pipeline, and lead large and complex opportunities from early-stage origination through deal closure.
- Shape the CFO transformation agenda. Engage CFOs and senior finance leaders on their priorities and translate them into opportunities spanning Finance strategy, operating models, processes, technology, data & AI and Managed Services.
- Create integrated Finance solutions. Bring together Accenture capabilities across Finance Transformation, Technology and BPMS to shape differentiated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build trusted C-suite relationships and develop the market. Establish and deepen relationships with CFOs and other senior decision-makers while identifying emerging CFO priorities, technology shifts and industry trends and converting them into propositions, client conversations and pipeline.
- Lead complex pursuits and deal shaping. Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams and take a leading role in shaping solution, commercial and competitive strategies for large opportunities, including commercial structuring and negotiations.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and significant experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Business Process Services or Finance Technology sales, with a proven ability to originate, shape and close large, complex transformation deals.
- You have extensive experience engaging CFOs and senior executives, developing trusted C-suite relationships and shaping opportunities from an initial client issue through to a compelling transformation case.
- You have a strong understanding of the CFO agenda and Finance transformation landscape, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, FP&A, Controllership and broader Finance operating-model transformation.
- You understand how ERP and cloud platforms, data, automation and AI are reshaping the Finance function and can translate technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- You combine strong commercial acumen with consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills, can orchestrate multidisciplinary teams in complex sales environments, and are willing to travel as required.
