Your Mission
As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead the reinvention of Finance functions for global enterprise clients, combining deep F&A expertise with AI, intelligent automation, and modern ERP ecosystems. You will shape opportunities from origination through delivery while building lasting relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leaders.

Your Daily Work
- Lead Finance transformation opportunities. Own the deal lifecycle from origination and pursuit through solution shaping, workshops, presentations, co-design, and successful project execution for global enterprise clients.
- Build trusted relationships with Finance leaders. Advise CFOs, CAOs, and their leadership teams on Finance transformation, identify emerging priorities, and translate them into opportunities with tangible business value.
- Design AI-first Finance solutions. Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and modern ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent Finance operating models and processes.
- Shape compelling transformation propositions. Turn complex transformation programs into clear commercial narratives that demonstrate value, build executive confidence, and support large-scale managed services opportunities.
- Advance Finance thought leadership. Bring deep expertise in at least one Finance tower, such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or FP&A, while contributing perspectives on AI and the future of Finance.
Who You Are
- You bring substantial professional experience in Finance and Accounting transformation, consulting, managed services, or a comparable client-facing environment.
- You have deep expertise in at least one core Finance domain: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or FP&A.
- You understand how AI, agentic technologies, intelligent automation, and modern ERP ecosystems can transform Finance processes and operating models.
- You have experience shaping complex transformation opportunities and engaging senior Finance stakeholders, including CFO and CAO organizations.
- You can connect Finance expertise, technology, and commercial value to create clear transformation propositions for enterprise clients.
I’ve kept these as must-have qualifications rather than introducing unsupported degree, language, or years-of-experience requirements, consistent with the local structure.
