Your Mission
As a Growth Tech & Agentic Commerce Advisory Senior Manager, you enable clients to design and operationalize next‑generation, AI‑driven commerce ecosystems. You connect business ambition with intelligent, autonomous systems that orchestrate customer journeys, decisions, and transactions in real time.
By bridging marketing, data, AI, and IT, you guide organizations from traditional Growth Tech stacks toward agentic, decision‑centric architectures—transforming AI and automation into sustainable value.

Your Daily Work
You develop Agentic Commerce strategies and blueprints that align business, marketing, and data objectives with AI‑driven, composable architectures.
You assess existing Growth Tech and commerce ecosystems, identify gaps in automation, decisioning, and AI enablement, and define future‑state agentic architectures.
You design AI‑powered decisioning frameworks such as next‑best‑action models, recommendation engines, and autonomous journey orchestration.
You define operating and governance models covering AI agents, data ownership, model governance, privacy, and consent management.
You facilitate cross‑functional workshops that translate business intent into agentic use cases and technical enablers.
You support platform and capability selection across CDP, DXP, commerce platforms, AI/ML, decisioning engines, and orchestration layers.
You define business cases and KPI frameworks linking agentic capabilities to revenue uplift, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
You collaborate closely with architects and delivery teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment from strategy to AI‑enabled execution.
You mentor junior colleagues and actively contribute to capability building within Song.
Qualifikationen
Who You Are
You bring 5–8 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or customer experience consulting.
You have a strong understanding of Growth Tech stacks and emerging Agentic Commerce paradigms.
You are experienced in AI‑ and ML‑driven use cases such as personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, and automation.
You understand identity resolution, consent management, and real‑time data activation.
You are able to translate between business strategy, AI capabilities, and technical architecture.
You manage senior stakeholders confidently across CMO, CIO, CTO, and Chief Data / AI roles.
You are comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional, product‑oriented environments.
