Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to tackle complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with user interface design and user experience best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
