Summary:
As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a focus on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level code, performing simulations, and verifying designs to ensure they meet performance criteria. Collaboration is a key aspect, working closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. This position requires a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve design challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of design objectives and project goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience with digital circuit design and implementation techniques.
- Strong understanding of logic optimization, timing analysis, and power management in digital systems.
- Ability to write and debug register transfer level code effectively.
- Familiarity with simulation and verification methodologies to validate design functionality.
- Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical design, verification, and software engineering.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
