The architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology strategies align with business goals, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve products and services. The position demands a forward-thinking mindset to integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices into scalable and sustainable enterprise architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Experience with integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Electronic Data Interchange.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and secure IT solutions that support business processes.
- Familiarity with system interoperability and data exchange standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology application.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
