The individual supports organizational transformation by crafting compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met through well-defined operating models and technology integration. Collaboration across various teams and continuous assessment of business needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to support organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
