This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to align messaging and ensure the organization's security solutions stand out in a competitive market. The practitioner continuously evaluates market trends and client needs to refine capabilities and positioning, fostering strong partnerships and driving impactful outcomes across the security domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of security strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable security solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
