Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes for packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system stability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with vendor constraints and business requirements to align technical solutions accordingly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
